Full refunds will be made in cash or charge if a class is cancelled due to lack of enrollment.
If a student cancels a class reservation at least 7 days before the first class, fees will be refunded by the student's choice of due bill, cash, or credit card refund. Materials purchased for class will be treated as any other purchase: exchange or due bill only for yarn and needles; patterns are not refundable due to copyright laws.
There is no refund for cancellation less than 7 days before the first class or for no-shows since that spot was not available to another person.
We will schedule an individual make-up class in cases of emergency, but more than one make-up session will be charged the difference between the applicable hourly class rate and the individual lesson rate of $20 per hour.
